David Vargha

David has been a national sales trainer with GM Financial and Verizon as well as a sales VP at smaller, privately-held companies. He has helped firms succeed in the B to B world as well as the B to C world. Whether it is conceptual service sales or product sales, David will work with your sales team to achieve success. All aspects of the sales team are looked at, from the interviewing process, to onboarding, initial training, field coaching, sales process, marketplace landscape, CRM integration, and even compensation and retention. He will assist you with integration of sales into your corporate culture and environment so that you can hit your top and bottom-line goals.

David has a B.A. in History from the University of California Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of Texas – Tyler campus, is married, and has two children in college.  He is ASTD certified in Sales Training, having successfully completed one of the very first ASTD Sales Training programs ever offered.  David keeps active by training for and running in competitive 5K races.
